High Speed Back-up T1 Line
A back-up T1 service from Tierzero allows your business to
protect itself against costly outages. The back-up T1 line is
used as a redundant circuit to your primary Tierzero T1
connection. If the primary T1 Internet connection
fails for any reason, the back-up picks up the traffic
almost instantaneously giving you a seamless cut over. The
back-up T1 is a dormant back-up connection that can only be
used in the event the primary fails.
Receive a brand new Dell Vostro 1000 Laptop, (AMD Dual Core Processor, 15.4 VGA, 80 GB HD, 1 GB RAM, CD/DVD Burner, 256 Video Card, Vista Home, Wireless) when you purchase a new T1 on a minimum twenty-four month contract. One per customer.

Guaranteed 1.54 mbps up/down (unless fractional or bonded connection) point-to-point Internet Access.
Telco Local Loop Ordering
Full 1.54 point-to-point T1 circuit included. We handle the ordering of your Telco T1 line from your location to our TAC. The Telco bill is included in one flat rate monthly Tierzero invoice. There are no additional bills from any telephone company.
Installation
Onsite install and cable extension to Tierzero router included for business sites. May be extra charges for residences or Telco required build out.
Monitoring
24/7/365 physical monitoring and Telco troubleshooting included.
Technical Support
24/7/365 live, end-to-end, engineer level support from Tierzero HQ to Tierzero managed router.
