I would like to comment on your technical help for the firewall installation. Your staff was a great help in solving our problems with the port scanning and denial of service attacks. There is no comparison with your staff and that of SBC. With SBC the procedure would have taken weeks. Your tech installed the firewall within minutes and it worked flawlessly the first time. As I recall, since we initiated the Tierzero T1 service here, this is the only incident of service failure we've experienced. Our assigned engineer called us immediately after I placed a service request. Everyone in the Tierzero service chain is promptly responsive, which is impressive. Customer service is often an oxymoronic term with many other service providers, but that is not the case with Tierzero - for which I am grateful!
