We acknowledge that it is your choice to do business with us. There is no Tierzero without you. We accept that responsibility as a privilege. It is our primary purpose to serve you. We are committed:

  • To prove ourselves to you. All contracted services are subject to your approval in the first 30 days of service. If you are not 100% satisfied with our services for any reason in the first 30 days, you may cancel your contract without penalty, no questions asked.

  • To stand behind our service. If you experience more than two unplanned outages exceeding 10 minutes in a calendar month, you may cancel your contract within that calendar month with no penalty.

  • To never pass the buck. If you are contracting with Tierzero for local loop and Internet access, we will be responsible for the service end-to-end. Credits for outages include local loop circuits.

  • To work at your convenience. All network maintenance (planned outages) will be performed during the hours of 2:00am and 4:00am PST. You will receive a minimum of 2 notices 5 days in advance.

  • To be responsible. We will enforce all local, state, and federal laws that govern the Internet and our own Acceptable Use Policy. We hold ourselves accountable for those who would abuse our service.

  • To be helpful, considerate, and never arrogant. We recognize that our expertise and service does not entitle us to have a superior attitude.

  • To listen to you. It is our duty to listen and discover the issues that are important to you and your business.

  • To compensate you. On any given day, if you feel we have not delivered on the commitments above, you will be credited for the entire day’s service upon your request.

    The Tierzero standard is set by you, the Tierzero customer. We hold ourselves accountable to you. These commitments are your right, as our customer.
