  • Pay by the month instead of a big capital outlay.
  • Hosted PBX lets you pay by the user on a monthly basis. Adding new users is a snap. Removing users is just as easy.
  • Even though the system is in the cloud – you control it.
  • Each user can manage their own setting through an easy online menu and the administrator can can also make company wide changes from their own online menu.

Cool phone features

The cool thing about Hosted PBX is you get all the next generation phone features like find-me-follow-me, voice-mail to email and mobile phone integration.

VoIP does not mean you calls go over the Internet

VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. This refers to the method that voice is transmitted but not the medium that the voice is being transmuted over. In this case your voice calls are being transmitted over a private network between you and us. From there we route the call on the public telephone network – the same network your old phone used.

VoIP is better

Simply because it is more flexible. Your calls can use the same private network we use to deliver the Internet to your office. That means more efficiencies that translate to less cost. Imagine if there were two separate freeways for 4-door cars and 2-door cars. That’s the old way of delivering voice and data.

Flexible bandwidth with Business Ethernet (Ethernet over Copper)

Business Ethernet gives you the same speeds, reliability and security of the T1 with two major differences. One, you get about twice the bandwidth for the same cost and two it can be scaled up and down from 2 to 20 megabits per second.
